Room service, Housekeeping, Front Desk all very good. Quality of bed linen when I arrived was not good. very creased and not sure it was clean. Receptionists in Flavours Lounge really need to understand how to advise people on use of computers in the lounge. The computers are excellent but I had a great deal of trouble printing. Only real negative is Breakfast. Not the food but the awful service. The staff must be more aware and looking at people who need help. Poor.

I travel quit often to Golden Tulip (being resident in Saudi Arabia). The only issue which I have is the way how is done the check-in on the reception. Since I have booked a standard room with king bed why shall I beg the receptionist to give me a room with king bed size? Why all the time they want to give me a room with queen bed size? I will suggest to the hotel to pay more attention on this aspect because the front desk shown the image of the hotel.
